What happened to the rest of my jacket...and my dignity?

Ok. So here’s something I don’t get. I saw this dipshit leaning on the pole on my ride home yesterday. She was wearing some sort of denim coat that only went to the bottom of her boobs.  The sleeves were full-lenght. The body part of the jacket was just super short. Anyone else seen this? It was rediculous.  

Oh yeah, she probably secretly hates your dog. Ass.
